1. Sales Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach potential customers through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Regular client visits within territory

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
• Clean driver’s license

2. CAD designer / engineer:
This position requires periodical work in Serbia, and periodical work in West Africa countries and UAE and all countries of the Gulf.This key position involves CAD design work on new build and refurbishment projects for architectural manufacture, windows and curtain walling.
Close liaison with architects and contractors will be required.
You will work in a team where close attention to detail is paramount.
The team focus on the design and manufacture of architectural glazing,aluminium windows and curtain walling projects.
The projects are new build or refurbishment schemes, and are in the glazing or curtain walling industry.

The Candidate:
The successful applicant must have a proven track record in the Architectural Glazing, Aluminium and Doors, Windows or curtain wall sector.
The role would suit an experienced CAD Designer / Engineer with experience within the Aluminium window, door and curtain wall industry.
You must have experience using a computer aided design software package on a daily basis (ideally AutoCAD Light).
The successful candidate must be commercially aware with good communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of the building industry and fenestration industry is desirable, but training would be given to the right candidate.
English language, both spoken and written, is required.

3. Bravar-montažer
Bravari-montažeri, između ostalog, obavljaju i sledeće poslove:
– čitanje i tumačenje pripremljenih crteža i planova za kokretan projekat
– odabir, premeravanje i sečenje/krojenje aluminijumskih profila
– spajanje aluminijumskih delova u konstrukciju/proizvod
– ostakljivanje aluminijumskih prozora, vrata i fasada
– priprema i postavljanje drvene obloge na aluminijumske prozore i vrata
– finalni pregled gotovog proizvoda
– popravka i održavanje aluminijumskih proizvoda i konstrukcija

Uslovi:
– iskustvo u radu sa aluminijumom, staklom i drvetom
– sposobnost tumačenja planova, tehničkih i radioničkih crteža
– iskustvo na poslovima montaže
– poznavanje aktuelnih tehnologija i sistema
– sposobnost rešavanja problema
– dobra komunikacija i timski rad
– osnovno poznavanje matematike radi uzimanja mera i proračuna
– poželjno poznavanje engleskog jezika

Ova pozicija podrazumeva povremen rad u Srbiji, i povremen radu zemljama Zapadne Afrike, UAE i svim državama Zalivske regije.
