Situated at the entrance to Tirana’s Grand Park, Park Gate Residence is a landmark mixed-use development that has become one of the city’s most recognizable contemporary buildings. Designed with sculptural forms and elegant curved façades, the project combines residential and commercial functions while establishing a distinctive architectural identity that responds to its prominent urban setting and the surrounding green landscape.

Tehnomarket contributed to the building envelope by supplying the VENT HIDE aluminium substructure system supporting more than 10,000 m² of Larcore A2 aluminium honeycomb panels. The concealed fixing solution preserves the clean, uninterrupted appearance of the façade while providing the precision, structural performance, and durability required for large-format aluminium cladding. The lightweight honeycomb panels enhance both the building’s contemporary architectural expression and its long-term environmental performance.
