Operating within a dedicated 2,000 m² facility, the coating line combines mechanical cleaning, chemical pretreatment, electrostatic powder application, controlled polymerization curing, and packaging in a fully integrated process. The system is designed to deliver long-term corrosion resistance, UV stability, and a premium decorative appearance while meeting the demanding requirements of modern construction and industrial applications.
The pretreatment process utilizes Qualicoat-certified Henkel technology with demineralized water and environmentally friendly chrome-free chemistry, ensuring exceptional coating adhesion and durability. Profiles are coated using automatic electrostatic spray equipment and cured in a controlled polymerization oven at 180°C. In addition to standard powder coating, Tehnomarket offers wood-effect finishes that combine the natural appearance of timber with the durability and low-maintenance characteristics of aluminium.
