Designed by Danilo Dangubić Architects, the Central Building in Pančevo presents a bold and contemporary interpretation of multi-family residential architecture. Located within the historic urban fabric of Vojvode Radomira Putnika Street, the project establishes a careful dialogue with its surroundings while introducing a distinctive architectural identity through its expressive pink terrazzo façade and layered residential terraces.

The building redefines the façade as more than a boundary between interior and exterior space. Protected outdoor niches, terraced volumes, and deep façade zones create open-air extensions of the apartments, offering residents additional living spaces while preserving visual connections with the city. The use of handmade pink concrete terrazzo panels gives the project a strong local character and contributes to its recognizable presence within the neighborhood.

Tehnomarket contributed to the project with LINEAL Therm 77 aluminium windows and balcony doors, supporting the building’s requirements for thermal performance, durability, acoustic comfort, and architectural integration. The Central Building demonstrates how high-performance aluminium systems can complement experimental material expression and contribute to the quality of contemporary residential architecture.
