Located in the heart of Auckland, the Picton Street Residence is a contemporary residential development designed to combine refined architecture with exceptional living comfort. The project features clean architectural lines, generous glazed openings, and premium interior finishes, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Tehnomarket aluminium systems were selected to deliver high levels of thermal performance, durability, and architectural flexibility. The building is equipped with the LINEAL Therm 77 system, providing excellent thermal insulation, weather resistance, and acoustic performance while contributing to the project’s overall energy efficiency.

Large-format sliding glass openings were realized using the SLIDE T67 system, allowing abundant natural daylight and uninterrupted views while creating a smooth transition between the interior living spaces and exterior terraces.
