Tehnomarket contributed to the building envelope with several aluminium systems, including LINEAL Therm 77, ALUMINIK CS55 Continual, and the VENT ventilated façade system. The exterior envelope incorporates Larson A2 aluminium composite panels in Regal White and Manganese finishes, creating a refined contrast across the façade. The ventilated cladding combines Gasket vertical and Fit horizontal installation solutions, enabling precise detailing and efficient installation without the need for external scaffolding.

The Summit demonstrates how integrated aluminium window, curtain wall, and ventilated façade systems can support demanding high-rise architecture, combining thermal performance, construction efficiency, durability, and a clean contemporary expression within a single coordinated building envelope.
