The OSHEE Electricity Power Distribution Operator Headquarters is a contemporary office development designed to reflect innovation, efficiency, and modern public infrastructure. As the headquarters of Albania’s national electricity distribution operator, the building combines clean architectural forms with high-performance façade technologies, creating a distinctive corporate identity while meeting demanding functional and environmental requirements.

Tehnomarket contributed to the project’s building envelope by supplying the VENT SLIDER aluminium substructure system together with perforated Larson aluminium composite panels. The sliding façade system supports the installation of custom perforated panels that provide effective solar shading, enhance natural ventilation, and create a dynamic façade appearance through the interplay of light and shadow. This solution combines architectural expression with practical performance, improving occupant comfort while reducing solar heat gain.
