Designed as a contemporary alpine resort, the project combines international luxury standards with architectural elements inspired by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Kopaonik National Park. Natural stone, timber, and expansive open spaces create a timeless mountain aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Tehnomarket contributed to the building envelope by supplying the VENT Rivet ventilated façade substructure system, engineered to support Knauf Aquapanel cladding with a traditional rendered finish, while natural stone cladding was applied to selected façade areas. This solution combines the appearance of a classic mountain lodge with the technical advantages of a modern ventilated façade, including enhanced thermal performance, effective moisture management, and long-term durability.
