Located on the banks of the River Spree in the heart of Berlin, the Trias Towers are a landmark office complex comprising three distinctive V-shaped towers and more than 30,000 m² of premium office space. As part of a comprehensive modernization completed between 2019 and 2020, the building envelope was extensively upgraded to improve energy efficiency, durability, and architectural appearance while preserving the complex’s iconic role within Berlin’s urban skyline.

Tehnomarket contributed to the façade redevelopment by manufacturing and supplying custom aluminium façade panels engineered specifically for the project’s requirements. The bespoke panels form an integral part of the new high-performance metal façade, providing precise geometry, exceptional durability, and a refined contemporary appearance. Manufactured to exact project specifications, the panels support the building’s enhanced thermal performance while contributing to its renewed architectural identity.
